American Share Market is a venue. Sellers are the merchant of record. A refund comes from the seller's own Stripe. The market does not hold the money.

These things stay off the market:

• Guns and ammunition.
• Alcohol, tobacco, and vape goods.
• Prescription drugs.
• Ivory, eagle parts, and endangered species.
• Drop-side cribs and recalled goods.

The seller is still the merchant of record for anything that is allowed. A refund comes from the seller's own Stripe.
