A phone number is never shown unless you choose it on your own stand's pickup note. A phone on this pickup note is shown on your stand. A home address is never shown.

Emails and phones in a bio or a post become the Message button. Profile pages do not use email or phone links. A visitor can open 30 profile pages in an hour. We do not keep a list of who looked.

The house rules ban collecting other members' contact info.

A first message from a stranger waits in Message requests. You can accept, ignore, or block.

Age for messages. We do not ask for a birth date.

Messaging a seller, and a message between adults, needs both people to be 18 or older. Teens can't message adults they don't know. Kids Corner has no messages.

Delete is permanent. The next screen asks you to confirm.

Pickups, courier days, payouts, low stock, listings about to expire, and unpaid brand statements. Texts only if you opt in. Reply STOP to stop. A text service is not connected, so a text is not sent. Email still sends when email is on, quiet hours (Eastern) allow it, and there is something to remind you about. If text is checked without the opt-in box, nothing sends.

Tax-exempt buying

Farmers and nonprofits can upload a state exemption certificate. After an admin approves it, checkout does not add sales tax on eligible items in that state.
